of West Coast? Choice Books of West Coast is a regional distributor organization authorized to use the "Choice Books" trademark and managed by a board of directors. As a witness to the "good news" of Jesus Christ, Choice Book of West Coast distributes inspirational and wholesome reading materials to a wide variety of people in the general marketplace. |
| Choice Books of West Coast started distributing inspirational books in California as a district (CB California District) of Choice Books of Pennsylvania. Started in 1997, CB California District grew from servicing three (3) displays in its early months of operations to 55 displays by early 2002. Albert and Joann Epp serving as District Managers played an instrumental role in the growth and development of CB California District. On May 1, 2002, Choice Books of West Coast purchased the CB California District, which now operates as a Choice Books Distributor organization. CB of West Coast currently services about 200 displays from San Diego to Chico and sold over 111,000 books in 2007. |
| Choice Books of West Coast purchases books through the Choice Books Central Office and then sells the books to various retail locations with full display service provided. Books that are returned in salable condition are resold. Books that cannot be resold at full market value are sold at deep discount clearance prices or donated. |
| Choice Books of West Coast selects titles that are consistent with the mission of the organization and titles that attempt to encourage, uplift and impact the life of the reader. |
| Servicing Region
and Office Locations Choice Books of West Coast distributes inspirational books to approximately 225 retail stores located from San Diego to Redding and the East Bay to Reno. Choice Books of West Coast's main office is in Reedley, California. |
